Basso's Bond is a trinket available for purchase in Thief. It's often remarked via hushed whispers in The City that Basso's word is sometimes not as good as his bond would suggest. Fortunately, for those who don't like trading in words anyway, someone with enough coin can buy Basso's bond directly and skip the middle-man. It reduces the cost of Resources by 25 percent. It costs 750 gold to purchase.
